Employment, Life Insurance and Driving Medicals, etc.
Your doctor will be pleased to provide these but, as they are not covered by the NHS, a charge will be made in accordance to this. Charges can be given by our Administrative team. Most insurance and pre-employment medical reports are paid for by the company concerned.
Please note that the practice does not action requests to certify patients fit for travel or physical/sporting activities.
