Repeat Prescriptions

Nice_blue_pillsPlease allow 48 hours from the time your request is received at the practice to collection from the Chemist or Surgery.  If you are not using the right-hand-side of your previous prescription, please remember to give us your full name, address, medication required and the Chemist or Surgery from which you would like to collect the prescription.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription directly through this site. Click on the link above and complete the simple registration form. You can view your sent or saved requests from within the Repeat Prescription module at any time.

We operate a yearly review of repeat prescriptions.  If the doctor considers your prescription may need some amendment, we will write to you inviting you to make an appointment to discuss this.
