IT’S EASY!
You can check your own blood pressure and weight during our normal opening hours at Teignmouth and Chudleigh and on Wednesday morning, Thursday morning or Friday at Bishopsteignton surgery.
Just follow the simple instructions by the blood pressure machine, fill in the Blood Pressure and Weight Recording Slip and give it to the Receptionist. If both BP and weight are satisfactory then that’s fine, but if the Clinical Team has any concerns about the readings, you will be contacted to make an appointment to see a Doctor or Nurse.
